Doktor Kaboom: Under Pressure!

Presented by the Maria Mitchell Association and Nantucket Dreamland, Doktor Kaboom: Under Pressure! is an interactive science-comedy performance designed to entertain, educate, and inspire audiences of all ages.

Equal parts physical science, comedy, and personal empowerment, Doktor Kaboom brings high-energy demonstrations and audience participation to the stage while exploring the power of pressure — both scientific and emotional. Through humor and engaging experiments, the performance connects complex scientific concepts to real-life experiences in an accessible and memorable way.

Praised for keeping crowds riveted with interest and laughter, Doktor Kaboom empowers volunteers from the audience to become heroes of the moment while sharing tools and lessons for navigating life’s challenges.

Following Doktor Kaboom’s Friday evening performance, guests are invited to the Harborview Room for a photo opportunity with Doktor Kaboom and an ice cream bar generously donated by Island Kitchen.
