Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod & the Islands, a proud member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts family, is the only one-to-one youth serving mentoring organization in the area. We’ve been around for over 50 years and serve over 300 kids in the community. With research and proven outcomes at our core, we’re an organization that’s making a real difference with young people.
