Camp Richard is owned and operated by the all-volunteer Camp Richard Campers Association. Camp Richard is maintained for the exclusive use of the local Boy Scout Troop and Cub Scout Pack. Campsites are available for nationally registered Scouts BSA Troops, Venture Crews and Explorer Posts.
