We work to cultivate a more sustainable and resilient Nantucket by supporting local agriculture, food producers, and makers through innovative, educational community initiatives. Too much of what ends up on our tables is shipped in, costly, and disconnected from the island’s resources. We aim to change that by reconnecting our community with the food we eat—making fresh, locally grown food more accessible, more valued, and central to everyday life. By supporting farmers, expanding markets, and educating all ages—from young students to aspiring growers—we’re building a stronger, more self-reliant Nantucket where local food is a vital part of our community’s health, identity, and future.
