The Corner Table welcomes New Orleans Chef Gregory Gregory Gajus and the Delta Revues

The Corner Table will welcome New Orleans-based Chef Gregory Gregory Gajus and the Delta Revues for a weekend of unforgettable dining experiences celebrating the beloved Gulf South

NANTUCKET, MA – Nov. 17, 2025 – The Corner Table Nantucket is thrilled to announce the #1 Rated Food Experience in New Orleans, Mister Gregory's Shrimp Boil Cabaret, will be featured for a special weekend of exclusive educational dining events coming to the island December 12-14.

The exciting collaboration promises an unforgettable fusion of southern fine dining and vibrant live blues entertainment. Guests will have the unique opportunity to experience Mister Gregory's passion for the rich food, culture, history, and biodiversity of the beloved Gulf South in The Corner Table’s intimate private dining space. This three-day showcase will weave together the fantastic flavors of the French Quarter with captivating stories of its legends and heritage, as well as vibrant live music.

“From the moment my wife and I had the chance to experience Mister Gregory’s shrimp boil last spring, we knew we had to find a way to bring this experience to our Nantucket community,” said Chef Jason Smith, general manager and education director at The Corner Table. “We share Mister Gregory’s passion for teaching and applaud his efforts to advocate for locally sourced, sustainable fishing practices.”

The weekend’s events will include two seatings of Mister Gregory’s award-winning Shrimp Boil Cabaret Show, a king cake cooking demonstration and history chat, and an 8-course VIP réveillon experience – a traditional French dinner celebrating the holidays New Orleans style.

Also accompanying Mister Gregory and his house cabaret band is a 65-year old shrimp boil pot, a cherished heirloom passed down through generations of his family.

"Collaborating with The Corner Table allows us to share our commitment to preserving the traditions that make New Orleans cooking so special with an entirely new audience."

Tickets range from $75-$225 per person and will go on sale starting at 10 a.m. on November 1 on The Corner Table’s Eventbrite page. Seating is limited. Proceeds from these events will go directly toward supporting Mister Gregory and his team's travel and expenses, helping make this special educational experience possible.
