Dark Sky Week: Please show your support for preserving Nantucket's starry nights!
The Select Board has declared April 13-20 to be International Dark Sky Week on Nantucket. Atheneum, Bookworks, and Mitchell’s Book Store are having special dark-sky theme book displays. Cisco Brewers pays tribute to our starry nights with its Stargazer Stout. And the Maria Mitchell Association and Nantucket Conservation Foundation are partnering with us on a special community stargazing event at Altar Rock.Won’t you, too, show your support for preserving Nantucket’s starry nights during International Dark
